Days, years, decades passed by
She was not happy with her body,
I wanted to know why!
"Look she is so flat"
She cried "They would laugh
even if I become fat"
Some asked her to ignore
Some said don't care
She revealed it hurts to get shamed
by everyone around, everywhere
Today, she broke the mirror when
she saw herself naked,
But like those broken pieces
her confidence multiplied!
Moving on,
I believe she remains undefeated.

antonym for fat shaming.
It should not be.
Humans come in all shapes,
sizes and colors.
Love them for their hearts.
Or don't.
But hate is not an answer.
It never is.
And 'real' women, aren't
defined by the curves,
but by their immeasurable
