I am those carefree waves,
of the always worried ocean,
who is curious enough to get
acquainted, with the mystery
of you, the consistent shore.

I, thus, rush to you, zealously,
every other second, to feel,
what you really are, but before,
I could immerse in you, the
ocean, afraid, pulls me back.

Yet I don't give up. I make
an effort, again, and in doing
so, I lose, everytime, a part of
me in you, to feel my essence.

I conceive the hope that
when I return, you would gift
me a new part of you, for me to
understand you completely,
albeit in bits and pieces.

And your love is like the shore.
You may leave the shoreline,
But that is always there and pure.

I no longer feel alone,
While I stand on this sea shore,
Each white foam waves crashing my feet,
Washing my worries aways,
Submerging me in your blessings.
I feel the being of million beings,
As I sigh in relief.
Because
Somewhere, someone is there
Standing at your shores,
With submerged feet,
Washing away loneliness
Just like me.
A lone stranger just shared
A bit of life
Now with me.

I didn't know what his poem meant
I didn't know what he saw
in the seagull he was
sitting next to.
I could imagine the bird's surprise
and slight fear
and perhaps a trinket of curiosity
but I couldn't pin my mind
to the parts of him that he
discovered in the bird.
Maybe I am not the person he is
I'm not his poetry either
or maybe I don't know what it's like
sitting next to a seagull
long enough to write and resonate.
All that I've been close to
has flown away.

are not alone,
as long as their oars
guides them to their shores...

Shores of an ocean never meet.

Love was harsh, brutally honest.
She was tender, beautifully flawed.
You were nurturing, wonderfully blessed.
Her calm waters eased your sandy shores.
But when she turned into the storm,
you weren't man enough to get a little drenched.

to the shores of paper.

More than the heart, our brain takes the pain.
But we feel from heart, think bout no loss no gain.
But as the sky roars, our brain secretly roars.
IN THE MIDST OF A SEA, WHY WE SEARCH FOR SHORES?
Subconsciously, best decisions come from brainstorm
Try becoming a book worm
Face the reality of your expectation
You'll feel too energetic, Caution!
