I have always loved Rushdie's writing. His words are pure magic. They are not just lines on a paper, they have a life. They sing, laugh, dance, paint.
But after reading 'Joseph Anton', I am not in love just with his words. I am in love with his spirit. His spirit and his wit, that never wavered even with all the darkness around him.-
