Is peanuts

In a nutshell,
she was both
nuts and hell.
But she brought
me out of my shell.

Broken, I thought I was...
when, indeed, it was my shell.
And as far as I can tell,
all is well that ends well.

My heart ain't brittle
to break into shards.
But she was graciously bitter
to break me out of my shell.

She was nuts and hell,
but I rose after I fell.

“For them, She lives in a shell
But, for her, Shell exists for
the pearl that she is.”

When you break open a ground nut shell and find absolutely nothing, what is it called?

It is basically ‘nothing’ in a nutshell.

When you open the shell of a groundnut,
And find it empty, That is basically
Nothing, in a nutshell.

I was asked to write
about my life,
to wrap it in a nutshell
and have the world
crack it open.

I tried.
I really did.

Somewhere in
that endeavour,
it dawned on me...
Most of my life
was indeed wrapped
in a nutshell,
and most of me
was trying to
break out of it.

Too much of the presence & importance from people, choke me.
I see losing myself so I get back to my same, closed, nutshell again.
