जिसके ना बदलने का गुरूर था
मैने उसका भी बदलना देखा है

मोहब्बत का जो चढ़ा सुरूर था
मैने उसको भी उतरते देखा है

बातचीत में जो एहतराम था
मैने बत्तमीज़ियां होते देखा है

वो थोड़ी नादान सी है इसलिये बाते थोड़ी देर से समझती है
तभी तो उसकी बेरुखी ने हम दोनों को कितना दूर कर दिया
वो पगली अनजानों की तरह अभी तक कुछ समझ ना पायी
और में सब कुछ समझ कर भी बेबस सा कुछ कर ना पाया

मेरा साथ कभी बोझ लगे तो बता देना,
हम चुपके से अपनी मोहब्बत से मुकर जाएंगे..

फिर जब दुनिया वाले तुमसे पूछेंगे,
वो शक्श कहा गया?
तो बेझिझक कह देना,

वादा था टूट गया...
नशा था उतार गया...
दिल था भर गया...
बेईमान इंसान था बदल गया...
