I disguise the curves under my eyes
cutting a portion of the sunshine
with a razor blade quick enough
and holding it long enough
behind the folded blinds;
Hour by hour stones bleed
and my eyes creases
clamoring the gravity
of dark circles on my face
the climbing quicksilver
crashes my halo;
They say that
it's a beautifully sculpted world,
but mayhap my hazed eyes
is wearing a veneer
of obscured reflection.
