नन्हे तारे
जुदा हो गयी नन्ही जान अपनो से,
चला गया दूर माँ का लाल ,
चली गयी दूर पापा की दुलारी ,
चली गयी दूर दादी-दादा की लाठी,
चला गया माँ-बाप का बचपन।
सुबह उठ माँ ने नाशता खिलाया होगा ,
ना पसंद दूध भी पिलाया होगा ,
क्या पता था कि उसके हाथ से,
वो आखरी निवाला होगा उसके लाल के लिए ।
छोड़ बस तक पिता ने हाथ हिलाया होगा ,
क्या खबर थी कि वो हाथ हमेशा के लिए हिलाया था,
सुबह स्कूल जाने की जलदी में ना किसी ने जी भर के गले लगाया होगा ।
रौदं गयी होगी उनके पैरो तले जमीन उस धड़ी ,
जब पता चला होगा उन्हे कि जिसके लिए ताकती रहती थी नजरे , नहिं रहा वो मासूम ,
बिखर गये होंगे वो,जब लगाया होगा उसे आखरी बार अपने सीने से ।
क्या बीती होगी उस पिता पर ,
जब वो देरहा होगा अपनी जान को अरथी ,
जुदा हो गयी उन माँ-बाप से उनकी धड़कन ,
वो राह ताकते रहे, और ,
उनकी नन्ही सी जान चली गयी।
अफसोस भी हुआ होगा ,
कि काश स्कूल हि न जाता मेरा अंश ,
तो आज मेरी गोद में होता।
नहीं आएगें वे अब कभी ,
फिर भी नम आखों को उनका हमेशा इतंजार रहेगा।-

Arjun and Shweta waited for whole night for Naina's return, but when she didnt show up, they finally called up police.
Arjun never felt so restless in his entire life, the only thing he prayed was Naina should be alright, flashbacks started in front of his eyes, her smile, her eyes, her clumsiness, her talks, everything, he was crying, for the very first time!
Shweta called up all their common friends, went to her office, searched every small galis of Pune, but she couldn't find her, their tension increased with time..

"I am Neeraj sir, I found this phone near Katraj, the last dailed number was your, so I thought to inform you, a purse and jacket is also lying here..." He said,
"Where is the girl? Is any girl there? Where are you exactly? Who are you, tell me..." Arjun was breathing heavily,
"Sir relax, I found this lying here, please come here to take them, I will tell you everything." Neeraj replied.
Arjun disconnected the phone and they both rushed to Katraj..-
