Write a poem that begins with the words: "I Remember"

Every now and then, I think of you.
I think about the dreams we had for us.
And I remember how badly we wanted them to come true.
Maybe these dreams would be a reality,
In some parallel universe.
Maybe in some other Lifetime,
We'd be together.
Just me and you.

I remember
those days
when you were able to
understand my silence.

I remember
that day too
when you
misunderstood my words.

I remember the day,
when I first went to school,
crying, stumbling and not letting
mummy to go.
I remember those days,
when I spend my vacations in my village,
especially summer ones,
plucking mango,climbing the tree
for berries,
enjoying every moment with my cousins.
I remember those nights,
when I suffered from fever,
and how ma & baba used to take care,
comforting with so much love.
I remember the last day of my school,
the best part of one's life,
unforgettable friends,
blessings of teachers,
that classroom, that playground,
those celebrations at school,
missing everything so much.
I still remember that every person,
encouraging & guiding with healing touch.

वो बारिश में और भी खूबसूरत दिखती हैं ,
जब चलती है तो क्या खूब चलती है ।
उसकी आवाज इतनी पियारी है ,
की हर वक्त मेरे कानो में गूजा करती है ।।
में और क्या कहूं उसके बारे में जब बो मेरे पास होती है , तो मुझे कोई और दिखती ही नहीं है ।।

I remember the colours in those
monochrome photographs.
A drink, too many I suppose.
I left my wristwatch at your place,
the last night.
Funny, how my subconscious actions
took care of what I couldn't.
I wish, I'd lost the battle you let me win.
I wish, the earth stops spinning, just for
once, albeit.
A drink, too many I suppose.
Look at me, making wishes that
I know will never be granted.

I remember
the time when classrooms were mere homes of chalks and dusters
and teachers the same as parents

I remember the first time I had cried for love
It was the day love entered my life for the first time ,yes romantic kinda love
Love at its virgin state, caressing my infant and tender feelings
I remember the hour long crying, wet pillow, moist eyes !

I remember the second time I had cried for love
This time it was the rude version of love;heart break
I remember the unstoppable salty flow on my cheeks for the whole night,
The continuous sobbing enriched with intense feelings
This time too the drenched pillow , moist eyes
I cried till I could run out of tears and my eyes could burn out of dryness.
And in my oblivion love was leaving that day, yes romantic kinda love !

I remember all the times after this when I cried for love
This time without tears
There was no flooded eyes, no wet pillow ,no sobbing
Rather every time it was the silent screaming of the numb heart
Its urge to feel alive again,to love again,to cry its heart out again !

I remember
when I was little
I once planned a picnic
with my cousin.
We decided we would call in
all the poor kids for the delicious lunch!
All went merry except the scolding
we got thereafter for coming up with
such a heinous plan.
For all we knew, they were kids back then
not untouchables.

I remember
how I met The Alchemist
Surprisingly vivid,
For it was only
A moment ago,
A moment of three years
And a little more.

I remember
how I would call Santiago
To dream along,
For I did so only
A while ago,
Awhile longing a bit more
Than four months,
Midway I found YQ.

I remember
how I thought I'll never
Grow up,
For I'm thinking so now too.
But today when I
Woke up, I all of a sudden
Felt so old. Am I old?
Have I grown up?
Please say no.
