यश की कुछ ख्वाहिशें दिल मे आज भी दबी सी है...
कुछ इकरार माही के लफ़्ज़ों पर आज भी बाकी सी है..
इंतेज़ार तो दोनों को एक होने का फिर से
पर तकदीर की खींची लकीर आज भी बनी सी है..
वक़्त तो बेरहम निकला लम्हो को थामकर
पर इबादत रिश्ते की आज भी मुकम्मल सी है..
कह रहा तो रहा हूँ दिल की बात अपनी सबसे
पर बात उनके कानों तक पहुंचना बाकी सी है..
उम्मीद तो करते है हर सुबह उनके प्यार भरे अल्फाजो का
पर उनका हमें याद कर ख्वाहिशे पूरी करना बाकी सी है ।।
