To transform you in an indestructible soul,

gripped by the tusks of loneliness,
about to topple down the slithery slope of depression...
That's when you have to get up!
Wipe that tear off your face and find your way!

Hidden and rooted deep within
Even the noblest soul fall before it.
Depression, eats up the calmness
Silences the vociferous bit by bit
The heart beats, lungs breathe
But words come out not at all.
The voice that once pitched high
Now lay low, like a cemetery on night fall.

Unaware of it people question
What it feels to be in depression?
Like a ship, miles away from coast
With the ocean gulping it within.
Or a bird on a hot burning day
Desparate in midst of a desert for a rain.
Like a dementor sucking out life
You throw you hands and legs for help
But no use at all.

Spread a word My Dear Friends
Even a "I am listening to you" would help.
I wonder why isn't it talked often,
Or would it take

I'm here for you.

Don't let your tears drop.
To be lame like other's have been -
There's enough water being wasted.
But I say don't drop,
Because now even the ground is polluted.
You are worthy!
More than the diamond on the crown of the queen.
We' ALL' are equally. Worthy.
To smile and to laugh
And to be fascinated by this world;
To breathe and touch and feel
The variations on this earth.

Than these over hyped cities as homes in disguise.
