बहुत खुश्किस्मत है ये लड़की।
इसने हम जैसे दोस्त पाये है।।
इतने सालों से इसे झेल रहे है इसे।
इसने तो कोहीनूर पाये हैं।।
वैसे तो ये बहुत intelligent है।
लेकिन common sence के नाम पे dabba है।।
अकेली संतान है फ़िर भी करामाती है।
इसलिये घर पर ये रोज़ गाली खाती है।।
soil science में post graduation है।।
लेकिन दोस्तों में इनकी बहुत बुरी situation है।।
तमीज़ से बात करो तो सहन नहीं होती।
इज़्ज़त इन्हें हज़म नहीं होती।।
हर बात में बेज़्ज़ती करवाती है।
फ़िर भी इनको बहुत हँसी आती है।।
अब इनकी पहचान बताना तो बनता है।
दोस्ती में इतना तो चलता है।।
ये बाते तो collage और hostal की हैं।
लेकिन "prachi meravi" तो बच्पन से ऐसी ही हैं।।

वो भी बहा...
ये बक्त का सितम ही है जो ये हो रहा...
वोह दोस्तों और वो छत के कोने वाली मदमस्त
शाम कहां...
मिलेंगे तो शिकायतों के लहजें काफी होंगे
किसी शाम...
वो अभी चाय वाली सुबह भी कहां,है ये सब
फिर भी वो बांते कहां...!!

Hi, my name is Sapna.
I curse my hostel everyday.
My life is a potter and I am the clay.
Everyday I wake up contemplating
"Is there any escape from this trap?"
Why life hits me hard, with same curry, rice and no salad.
Daily is a struggle,
From college to hostel.
Many chicks and lads surround me
But no family to see.
Lonliness has become a part of mine
It suffice me and builds a line
Between me and the busy world.
Mornings are energetic
Nights become magnetic
That pulls me closer to the moon
That soothes all my wounds.
