Your memories sting
not because you left,
but because
you were present
in all those moments
that became my memories.

Remember that illness you suffered with
When you inhaled the shed off hair of your favourite cat ?
You made me feel worse that that
When you left .
Your mom taught you about the inner demons
And the ways and hacks to conquer them.
But I am happy she never taught you to make peace with them
And also she never told you about the demon a girl can turn into
When her integrity is on the verge of falling into hollow hands.
Had she told you
You wouldn't have forced that demon inside me get out
And laugh an evil horrid cacophonic laugh
On the tortures of karma falling ov3r your empty head and dead heart
And scar filled soul .
So now that you have seen your own destruction
After causing it to someone ,
Think before touching girls and holding their hands and telling them you love them and that you'll love nobody else like that ever and writing poems on them .

Ab saath hoga na tera
Yeh dard ki intehaan hai
Tha pyar tera toh jhootha
Sacha magar yeh Khuda hai
Tanhaiyon me hoon royi
Tab jaake mujhko mila hai
Duniya ke rishton me toh
Yeh hota hi raha hai
Laila aur Majnu bhi toh
Ek doosre se juda hain

Just like everybody else
You'll get bored of me.
You'll get annoyed of me.
You'll hate me.
You'll stop talking to me.
You'll leave me.
And most importantly
I have to act like
Nothing happened.

शितम सह कर भी तेरे दूर तुमसे न जाऊंगा,
किया बेपनाह प्यार इसे मरते दम निभाऊगा!
मेरा इश्क तेरे इश्क जितना शुष्क नही,
मर जाऊँ भी तो तेरे दिल को याद आऊंगा !!

ये रंज, ग़म, कसक क्यूँ
तब रंग तो कुछ और थे
फिर अब अलग-अलग क्यूँ

तो अब चहल पहल क्यूँ
पत्थर रहा पिघल क्यूँ
तेवर रहा बदल क्यूँ
थे तब बड़े सख्त से, 'ज़रूर',
ये तब्दीली आज कल क्यूँ
.
अफसोस क्यूँ, तड़प क्यूँ
अब होश क्यूँ, तलब क्यूँ
अब खुले ये लब क्यूँ
तब गए बेसबब क्यूँ
जब सब कुछ सही था,
तो फिर, ये सब क्यूँ !!!
