The cedars of Lebanon sway
Mighty tall against sky's gray
Winds roar, through their green
Bearing a fragrance, of heaven unseen.

And yet, like diamond shines in memory
Bitter and sweet a fresh Gooseberry
Sometimes she's bitter, for a moment
But her thoughts for sure are not a torment.

Her soul is sweet and soft's her heart,
Beyond her veil of bitter Art,
There lies a love concealed so deep.
