Bad memories

Bad memories are like
Deep wounds; painful,
agonizing, depressing,

Bad memories hurt
In odd places, at odd times
Unannounced, unforgiving

Bad memories are dormant
Like the Maura Kea or Kilimanjaro
Erupting announced

Molten lava trickles
Causing havoc
Leaving ashes behind

Scars remain: red, black, blue, orange
embers of raging fire
hatred, jealousy, competition

And broken love.

All frames of life cannot be same
but every frame has own beauty!

Empty shelves and vacant hearts
We both seek attention
And are restless to be filled
with memories. The difference is
One desires permanent frames
And the other - transient men!

I'll accept the present,
But still the past I can't bear.
It's already in the frames hanged,
On my mind walls I stare.
It's true that it was,
and it is today to prepare.
But everyday it'll be 12 am,
Time will circle back to unfair.
But, we are enough to handle
what the life scares.
It's all a rollercoaster,
It'll be fine, take care!
