I am grateful for yoga,
For the way it has changed my life.
It has made me stronger,
More flexible,
And more peaceful.
Yoga has opened my heart,
And allowed me to see the world in a new way.
It has taught me to accept myself,
And to love myself for who I am.
I am grateful for yoga,
And I will continue to practice it for the rest of my life.
It is a part of me now,
And I cannot imagine my life without it.
