खुदा ने भेजा है सबको मकसद देके
करना मुझे मेरा काम बाकी है

छूकर आया हु मैं एक बादल आज
अभी पूरा आसमान बाकी है

मै चाहूं तो तुझे एक और मौका दे सकती हूं
पर मुझे पता है कि तू सुधरेगा नहीं,
सोचा नहीं था कि तू दिल से ऐसा निकलेगा
कि तरस जाएगा पर वापस लौटेगा नहीं।।

Sometimes it's the first line
that fails to ink itself as some metaphor
and then each subsequent line fades
as if a poem or a story never existed.
It did.
But was lost.
The first line bowed down to the chaos
and forgot that before hand, the last line existed.
