जिंदगी मुझे दे दी,
यह दुनिया क्यों अंजान दी,
सौचता हूँ मैं हर पल,
मेरा सुख छीन क्यों दूसरे की जिंदगी आबाद की,
मैं भी तो तेरी ही संतान थी,
फिर क्यों अपने बच्चे की जान मज़दूरी के नाम की,
मेरी आँखें भी सपने देखतीं थी,
क्यों तुने मज़दूरी के काल को इनकी रोशनी कुरबान की,
मेरे अरमानो की नदी, क्यों मज़दूरी के समंदर में बहा दी,
हौंसलों की लहर मुझमें भी कम ना थी
क्यों इस मज़दूरी के बौज में दबा दी,
मुझ में भी कुछ बनने की आस थी
अपनी माँ के लिए कुछ करने की चाह थी,
फिर क्यों बाल मज़दूरी को
इस बच्चे के बचपन की जान दी !!

Try to meditate,
In order to educate,
The mind to relocate,
But not to be graduate
But to become grate,
So that it can eradicate,
The things which are out of date.
