এক পড়ন্ত অবেলায় লোকটা হেঁটে যাচ্ছিল।
কাঁধে তার সিসিপাসের বোঝার মতন চেপে থাকা ঝোলা , পরনে একটা ময়লা গেঞ্জি আর শতেক ছেঁড়া ট্রাউসার দারিদ্র্য পিচ্ছিল-
ক্ষতবিক্ষত মুখখানায় কোন অকাল বসন্তের দাগ লেগে আছে , হাওয়ায় হালকা নড়ছে সামান্য কটা চুল
যে রাস্তা টা দিয়ে লোকটা পেরিয়ে যাচ্ছিল তার পাশেই একটা চায়ের দোকানে আমি আর অর্জুন
তর্ক বাধিয়েছিলুম 'বিপ্লব' এর অস্তিত্ব নিয়ে-
'কচু হবে। যে দেশের মানুষের প্রতিবাদ জানানোর ক্ষমতা নেই সে দেশের আবার...'
বলতে গিয়ে চোখ পড়ল লোকটার চোখে। স্থির নিস্পলক দৃষ্টি। তাকিয়ে দেখলুম পৃথিবী গিয়েছে থেমে। যানবাহন গাড়িঘোড়া আটকে গিয়েছে কোন জাদুমন্ত্রবলে। লোকটা তখনও তাকিয়ে...
তারপর থেকে আর বন্ধুদের তর্কে যোগ দেবার প্রবৃত্তি হয়না আমার।
জানি তাহলেই দেখতে পাবো সেই লোকটাকে
... যে লোকটা কাঁধে সিসিপাসের বোঝার মতো ঝোলা নিয়ে তাকিয়ে রয়েছে আমার দিকে এক দৃষ্টিতে।

When Dream Becomes Reality
From the outset it’ll appear
You’re in trance soberly reflective
Allowing big thoughts flow through
To the point it’ll scare you
With no imagination it will occur
Each time you shared it across
Unfavorable responses the most you got
This isn’t going to work
Do you know how many have tried?
You just can’t accomplish it
Those dreams are unachievable
You don’t have what it takes
You’re not that strong enough
Better you think about something else
You jitter and tremble at them
Dare not to listen and backdown
At some point it got rough
Became constraint to quit
Signs were just enough to act
But you lane on that courage
Though it appeared so tiny
Quite tiny like a monster seed
You grasped on it and sailed
It kept you propelling on
Suddenly you started to see the staircase
Dream became to make sense
The reality became eminent
Negative voices became silent
In amazement they glance
That it’s possible and achievable
Suddenly you hit the jackpot
Rising at a rate you can’t control
Flying high with several wings
A dream doubted becomes reality
With more Celebrants at your feet-
