असहमति अब,
मुझसे छुपाई नहीं जाती।

जब बातें मन-मुताबिक़ ना हों मेरे,
मैं पलकें झुका लेती हूँ,
असहमति ही तो है,
बगावत थोड़ी, तो दिखाई नहीं जाती।

ज़ुबाँ चुप ही रहती है मेरी,
वो तुम्हें आदत नहीं ना असहमति की।
तो सिर हिला देती हूँ मैं,
वो क्या हैं ना, ज़ुबाँ से मेरी,
झूठी सहमति दिखाने की ज़हमत उठायी नहीं जाती।
