The demons of mind
fear me
because they know
they are just
mere characters
of my gothic story
surviving on the perils
of my imagination
i kill them
with one stroke
of my poetry.

Sometimes in life
Go and check your wife
Whether she is sharpening her knife.

She wants to fly
very high in the sky
but sight of that guy
makes her feel shy.

Heed thy warning , oh my world
for the demon is unleashed
Heed thy warning, oh my world
for what cometh cannot be stopped

Woe to thee, oh my world
the darkness swarm the sky
Woe to thee, oh my world
thy children wallow in misery.

Despair not, oh my world
one man stands in the way
Despair not, oh my world
and pray that he triumphs.

Lest all be Lost.

and then one day
in the process of
marking
scripting and
annihilating it

i realize

i've fallen
for my demon ~

Filled with unsaid feelings;
Thoughts and memories,
Frisking and yelling,
Within my head--
I sit up and beg my demons,
"Oh, please, stop for a bit.
I need some time to breathe."
Yet, I hear their guffaws;
Filling up the street.

Demons of my mind
Thinks to destroy you.
Angels of my mind
Still care for you.

Sometimes in life i want to fly,
But the demons of mind won't let me try.
Sometimes in life words cut so deep,
But the demons of mind won't let me weep.
Only sometimes in life i get to smile,
But demons of my mind won't let it last for even awhile.
Sometimes in life i want to be respected,
But demons of my mind always leave me suspected.
Sometimes in life i just want to be alive,
But demons of my mind won't let me survive.
Sometimes in life i want to be a human,
But always they left me making me a demon.

His head was a chaotic playground--demons,
fighting against his heart. Yet, a tiny voice was,
persistently, trying to be heard.

"Please--please just listen to me, Dearest.
Follow the heart. The heart knows the way--
the only way," a little cherub implored.

The demons, of my mind,
Are awake and bored.
In the mood
For a hunt or a haunt;
They pull me,
From the depths,
of my lazy misery.
"Let's play! Let's play!"
They scream and insist--
Twiddling with
My antiquated cicatrices;
Inspiring them,
To bleed and ooze, anew.
