needs practice each day . .
Being happy
needs concious efforts
to be joyful everyday .

There's no guarantee that THIS LIFE
is easy but it would have been a lot
more easier if the MEMORIES,
WISDOM and KNOWLEDGE of the
Spiritual Realm is available to us
consciously as of the Physical Realm.
If only we could just know the
Will Of Our SOUL that would've be
enough to get through.

Every Emotion is Valid as long we Realise the Existence of it Inside Us. Its all about being Aware of our Innermost Self. Once we are truly aware of it, we will never React in the Heat of the Moment. We will only Express it if we understand both Immediate and Long term effects of it, be it Positive or Negative.
