She was reading newspaper holding a coffee mug,
He was cooking delicious food,
He was watering the plants,
She was fixing an electric bulb,

And the world said , they were just growing old.

She wants to keep everyone happy. She sees people as competitions. She keeps trying to get in the good books of those who do not approve of her instead of those who like her the way she is.

What does this achieve? The message she is sending out is "You will get my support if you aren't nice to me. If you are nice to me, I will take you for granted."

So naturally, what she gets from people is more bad behaviour. She is literally asking for it.

People aren't competitions. Don't fight for their approval. Find who you click with and stay close to them.
