CHAPTER 9

Next morning, I again accompanied my fua during the early morning task of her that was to feed the pigeons and we were sitting exactly at the same place where I was sitting yesterday and had witnessed something about which I didn't had any idea.
‎Today was usual day, everything seems to be normal like before and nothing was there though I was expecting to see the woman-statue once again and this time I had planned to take my fua to that exact place and would touch it by hand to make sure that it was real not imaginary. But my planning failed as nothing such occurred that day.
‎I was calm and compose. My fua finally asked me - " Was there anything today ?."
I replied - "No, nothing was there." She told me - "I told you yesterday it was just your imagination and you proved it today."
" With the passage of time, generally our memory fades." But there is an exception to this saying because there are individuals who have 'sharp memory' and they can recall each moment of their past.
‎I call myself both lucky and unlucky as every boon has its own pros and cons.

Mitali was happy when she was going to school after a few months. In the beginning, she didn't even know how to write and because of this her English teacher beat her quite badly. But in just a few months she studied so hard that she topped in her class. This thing continued and she kept on topping till class 10 not after that because she was forced to marry at a mere age of 16.

#Chapter10: Swamp

Helpless yet again, I took Sumit to a doctor for a check-up and was told that due to low BP he fainted as his stomach seems to be empty and needs to be kept on glucose. With no clue to what's happening, as one says Pooja is the culprit, other says she is not, whom to believe and whom not.

I went to office to get some clue from Ajay, but he was not in office that day, so to extend my investigation, I visited​ the PathLab later that day. They denied to disclose any information, but agreed to check in their system whether the reports were generated from their lab or not. And yes, the reports have a valid report ID and seemed genuine.

Gosh!! If she was raped, then why Rathi made that fake story to portrait her own wife as the culprit. Also, why is Pooja tortured in the asylum. Sumit was reported missing, then what was he doing in the asylum, pleading for her sister.

Banging my head in confusion, I decided to meet Rathi again, so I went to his home directly to seek answers yet again.

Priya was standing on the boundary of the terrace, all sweating and crying. Standing beneath I was shouting 'Priya don't jump, Priya don't jump' and a sudden push. 'Priyaaaaaaaa...' and I woke up from the dreadful dream. After 48hours of continuous surprises and tiring sleepless nights, the only scene I could dream when I finally got some sleep.

The clock says it's 4am, restless I stood up in all anger, picked all my findings and went to the Park, sat on the same bench, trying to sum up the entire scenario.

- Pooja sitting on a bench with my poems and crying.
- The medical reports shared by Ajay, depicting rape.
- Ajay stating that Mr. Rathi is a good person and he is helping us.
- Sumit's kidnapping.
- Then Mr. Rathi telling about Pooja's syndrome and marking her the prime suspect of the murder.

If Pooja is the murderer, then why Rathi married her? And what about the reports, they stated rape! How can reports deny very evident wind choking and report rape!;

I went back, I decided never to trust on charity anymore. Charities are help without any thing in return, but in this world everyone needs returns. I called my friend Avinash. He is tall, dark and handsome. He is a police officer. He was the youngest police officer prini had ever seen. He is quite a man of worth. He never let me down when I need help. I called him up and told him me to me meet me at my place. Dad and Avinash had a good bond. And he knows all about dad and now about his tumor. Avinash and I aren't into a relationship but yes we share great bond. He doesn't get into relationship and nor do I. Avinash was waiting for me on my gate. I wanted to tell them about Hetan and his horrible doing. I made them sit together. I told them about the Hetan. Both got on their horses to take action against Hetan. I console them not do so because he is the man having many contacts. I specially warned Avinash to not put complain because it wasn't my time. As it is I was going through a lot. Like every other girl of the country I decided to shut my mouth. We ate dinner and then I and Avinash went for a walk. We both were talking about life until my phone flashed dad's number &

But he had not left. He was standing right there, watching her go, with the bestest smile and winked at her, when see looked at him. She was feeling on the top of world to get so much attention from the one she loved so much. She could not control her feelings and went running towards him to hug him. He was all posing like a hero and embraced her. The public at the public square made them conscious and they left from there. Few steps and her phone tinkled and she knew that it was his call. She received the call with a smile on her face. His voice was also in a happy tone. And their talks went on and on and on. She was ashamed of her reaction to hug him publicly but he tired to convince her that it was a action in flow to the feelings and was not her fault. She felt a little better after she spoke to him. He bid goodbye and wished her night so that he could sleep early. He packed his bag and took care that he had taken all the important documents that he would need the next day in pune. She too, sat till late night to study for her vivas as now she had one more person in life to prove her capabilities. Life seemed to be too normal that night as if nothing new.....

'End is here'
It was 7 in the morning, when Aditya was half slept on his bed. With 15 and more ciggrates buds and coffee. He received a call from his accountant. That his shares has no values and now he don't have any money.
He was on heavy pressure of what to do and what not to. Thus he decided to sell the shares at the lowest price, to sustain the company.
After half an hour he goes to his office. He calls for urgent meeting. Everyone came running and was waiting for Aditya's words.
Once when everyone came. He said, "My company is on huge loss, before this ruin your lives with me. I request you all to leave this company. I have sent your payments to your accounts over the night. Which soon will be crediting to you"
One of the employee asked, "Sir how did you made our payments? Since all your shares are gone.". "I made your payments through one of my land which I had here in the city" said Aditya. He continued, "Thanks for your contribution to this company. I also have signed your resignation letters, you can collect from reception. Thank you and sorry"
The entire office staff had tears, when he left. But someone wasn't sure about his reactions.
