The people who have body issues and struggling hard to get slim or thin or curvy. Please don't be hard on yourself. Taking care of self is a good thing but stressing will make it complex mentally and physically both. Metal pain is worse than the physical pain. Dont take society norms on you. Society is never satisfied with anyone. Do exercise and yoga but dont stress too much to shred the flesh. Dedicate and focus on one part that need care, instead working out on whole body. Start slowly, positively. Keep doing whatever you can do to keep it in motion.

There are so many sizes and shapes of body. Not every one can be the same. What you have to do just maintain the body you have, don't force it to get slim or curvy. You have to maintain the shape you got, not to change the shape. All shapes are great. There are many people of your shape and size. Inspire them to love their body, tell them you are not alone. Most people don't know why are they design like that kind of body.
Love your body and love yourself. Self love is the greatest thing of all.
