Let us all again participate and revel in the mass delusional, astronomically insignificant, happenstance of a revised but flawed Gregorian calendar, which is one out of literally hundreds, and give in to hysteria and a schizophrenic belief that there are no rules tonight and abuse our bodies, and then start our new year with extremely fragile resolutions and a bad hangover and call it a "Happy" New Year.
