I dreamed of
Women in business formals
with a steel hammer
running around smashing brains.

Yesterday I was feeling very low and was
about to sleep 2 hrs prior to my regular time
when a friend texted me that he needs my help about sorting out his career and
relationship. It was urgent and that he was
feeling terrible.

I texted him back and talked for almost 3
hours to do my best to make him feel better.

He did feel better and I realized that so was I.

May be the true happiness and mood elevator
is helping each other. May be we know our full
strength when we realise the one we love
needs our help.
