Sundays are ravishing,
But yet are the busiest,
The weary teary feelings of the whole past week are shared with a very unfurled slumberland, then lately nudge rouse with a fresh strain and scene...

Sundays weren’t lazy,
They brought lots of possibilities
whole new hopes.

All the Sundays, this year passed away as usual and this Sunday also.

Sunday feels like 'nostalgia' lingering
in the corners of my eyes to trickle down.
Gone are those days when Sunday
would be a complete family day.
I miss the holidays.
I miss the Jungle Book song. I miss Doordarshan.
I miss the ride from Andheri to Mulund to meet my cousins. (It was a flat 30 minutes stretch before the supposed road network developments happened.)
I miss the Sundays of 90s when I live my Sundays now.

Today’s Sunday will remind me of hand knitted cap by my Grandmother which my niece was wearing today’s evening will remind me of the warmth which I felt when I wore something which my Mother in law had knitted decades back today’s tea will remind me of the memories which we shared over a cup of Chai today a page which I will cherish forever..
