Nowadays the adults are indirectly the main reason for the teenagers to become depressed or oppressed because they either become excessively stringent or too much caring due to which a child gets pretty much confused about his or her emotions. Later on while growing up the child has to face various conflicts from the family which leads to a complete mental destruction, starting a new chapter of self harm.
