Here I, perpetual wandering
spirit, roaming aimlessly
on the lonely streets of necropolis
Prying through the chambers
of catacombs; I see
Some nursing heart, some
bleeding minds & some
fighting insomnia waiting
for berceuse to play
All in the chaos of crypted
mess, drenched in abyss of darkest
secrets, all jumbled
up and morose.
Until, feeling of tiredness
creeps with deep hollowed
numbness at the center
of my being

Some sad stories are
only known by the bed and pillows.

Tired people
always try upon
someone new .

Loneliness and darkness bites hard
when the night is close.

हम शायर भी रात भर उनके लिए जागे हुए होते हैं
जो आराम से ना जाने किसके साथ सोए हुए होते हैं

" Am I beautiful ?? Am I not ?? "
I brooded over the scars
Seeing my reflection of imperfections
on the pond mirror.
" You're beautiful ." the Lilly whispered
Staring at the starry sky .
I goggled at the moon adoring it's beauty.
' It has the same scar yet beautiful ' I thought.
" I'm not the moon " I mumbled.
"But darling you're a star
having your own perpetual radiance." Said the universe
Then I admired my scars and replied.
"I am as beautiful as any cosmological body
cause I'm made up of star stuffs."

दिल-ए-सख़्त है सब यहाँ, दिल-पसंद कोई रहा नहीं...
छोड़ दो इस शहर को, जब अपना ही कोई रहा नहीं...

यूँ ही तुम किसी की जर्रानवाजी में लगे रहना
तुम्हारे पाँव का काँटा न निकले तो लगे रहना

यूँ तो जवानी में हमनवा, हमनशीं है हमारे बहुत
पर मुफलिसी मे रब्त न संभले तो लगे रहना

हम नफ़स ही कफ़स है अब और बात क्या करें
जब तक नब्ज में नफ़स चले तो लगे रहना

बात ये की इक बात जान सारी रात जगता रहा
मोहब्बत में भी गिले शिकवे मिले तो लगे रहना

नामुमकिन खजाने ढूढ़ने चले है इस दौर मे 'सूरज'
उस पर कोई अपना ही तुझ पे हँसले तो लगे रहना
