You validate yourself by being cruel to those you can never manipulate while you ingratiate yourself with the ones you think are way below your level. You fail to remember that the people you so conveniently discarded along the way were the ones who helped you when you were nil but a tiny speck of filth.
Everything is interim, my darling, and this existence proves to be wrought with surprising ghouls and shadows that may suddenly pull you down to your spot. So, while you strut and preen along the high road to nothing, the memories of those yesteryears pile up, leaving you with an unsurmountable truth that may finally slap you back-to-back on the face.-

It's indeed a call of destiny when you come in the orbit of such amazing souls in your life but an attitude of ingratitude makes you lose them forever in life.

Between a shadow, and a thought!

The effort, the invested time, the energy and other variables that couldn't be summarised!
More often it flies..
Like a dream, lived and forgotten
Or a memory, erased over the sands of time!
