सीने में दर्द का बोझ उठाए फिरता हूँ,
जिंदगी के सफर में थका हारा सा चलता हूँ।

खो गई भूख, प्यास भी अब तो बिसरा बैठा हूँ,
नींद के सागर में डूबा, जागना भूल बैठा हूँ।

मार्च की धूप में भी, फरवरी की सर्दी पाता हूँ,
जेब में चंद सिक्के लिए, जीवन को तरसता हूँ।

खुशियाँ भी अब तो अजनबी, ग़म भी नहीं आते,
बस एक निश्चिंत नींद में, सब कुछ भूल जाता हूँ।

मौत का डर नहीं मुझे, दर्द से यारी हो गई,
जिंदगी दूसरों के लिए, अपनी तो कहीं खो गई।

रात की गोद में सिर रख, आंसू भी सूख गए,
हंसी और रोने की रात, अब तो बस याद रह गए।

काश वो आए और मुझे गले लगा ले,
इस आभासी दुनिया से, मुझे आज़ाद करा दे।

दिन रात का फर्क मिटा, सब एक सा हो गया,
जिंदगी की राहों में, हर खुशी खो गया।

दुनिया की भीड़ में खड़ा, अकेला मैं सोचता हूँ,
क्या खोया, क्या पाया, बस यही पूछता हूँ।

जिन्हें खुश करने में, अपना सब कुछ लुटाया,
आज वो भी नहीं, जिनके लिए जीवन गँवाया।

रंगों से खेले सब, मैं खेलूँ अपने सपनों से,
होली तो फिर होली है, जब जीवन में रंग भरों से।

दिवाली की ज्योति सी, रोशनी का इंतजार है,
बेरोजगारी की अंधेरी रात में, उम्मीद का संसार है।

जब तक नौकरी ना मिले, त्योहार भी फीके लगते हैं,
जीवन के इस मोड़ पर, सब रंग बेरंगे लगते हैं।

पर हार नहीं मानूंगी, लड़ूंगी इस जंग से,
भरूंगी रंग अपने जीवन में, अपने संघर्ष से।

होली के इस मौसम में, कलम का रंग चढ़ाऊंगी,
अपने सपनों की होली, खुद ही मनाऊंगी।

और जब रोजगार मिल जाएगा, दिवाली भी आएगी,
जीवन में फिर से खुशियों की लहर छाएगी।

तब होली भी होली होगी, दिवाली भी दिवाली होगी,
हर दिन उत्सव होगा, जब जीवन में रोशनी होगी।
