I wish for the day when I hear birds chirp louder and not ambulance siren
I wish for the day when WhatsApp messages are flooded with Good mornings and not bed requests
I wish for the day when a data doesn't scare us
I wish for the day when my friend video calls me from a tourist spot and not bored being quarantined
I wish for the day when people send happy pictures and not demises of their loved ones
I wish for the day when classes are normal and not virtual
I wish for the day when my SOS groups discuss holiday plans and not Zoom meets for action plans
I wish for the day when masks are a history and not a part of our body
I wish for the day when we can smile for real, unmasked!

-All single parents irrespective of their gender. You are wholesome and you know it
-All parents with adopted kids. Being a biological parent is never a criteria to celebrate Mother's Day. Let's do it
-All LQBTQIA+ community for caring the kids irrespective of the social trauma you face

I have heard people say that they aren't interested in politics

In this case, you are 'privileged' to not know

And if you know something and still take the 'apolitical' side

Again, you are 'privileged' to not take a stand against the oppressor. Of course you're not affected, so why would you even?

But being political and accepting whatever they propagate is sheer foolishness!

There is no harm in being political
But be politically wise!

Know the difference!
Stay wise!
Understand the vulnerable!
