What would I gift you when we meet? I think I would bring you stones. Small, big, light heavy, polished, rough stones. They would maintain their characteristics when I might not be able to. They would make you feel the touch when your fingers run through them. They would speak only as loud as you could hear them that too if you would pay attention. They wouldn't need your constant care and attention since you might not be able to provide that all the time. They would absorb when you clench them in your fist out of anger and would gently remind you how pressing your anger on someone or something inflicts pain only upon you. They might not look beautiful to everyone and might not embrace your hair like a rose but they will be there, by your side, just a beckoning away.
But remember, whatever you inscribe on them with your pointed actions shall remain carved within them for eternity. And then one day when you get tired of them, you may throw them to go into this vast world to be someone else's stones all over again.

I believe that as writers, we expose our readers to a limited design of our story. We partially conceal a part in it which rare readers find out and there also is a part which is never revealed and rightfully so, because the entire story belongs only to our own selves.
