The entire universe was created from one light then who’s good, who’s bad, all are same.

छुट्टी की ख़ुशी में सारी रात हम जागते हैं,
कैसी ज़िंदगी है दुखों के पीछे हम भागते हैं ।

We may look happy. But we are overloaded with the thoughts of career, good salary, good life partner, a big home , a good car, good health , happy relationships, past breakups , failures, future worries, a good life style, good communication skills , good friend circle, bad memories, guiltful deeds, lack of money, future of kids, parents taunts, colleagues taunts, friends taunts. With the burden of all these thoughts how a person can look happy or pretend to be happy. The best way is to throw all this burden in the river and search for the salvation.
