ये मत सोचो कि कितनी दूर हो तुम,
ये सोचो कि ख़ुद के कितने करीब हो तुम।
ये मत सोचो कि कितनी अकेली हो तुम,
ये सोचो कि कितनी सक्षम हो तुम।
ये मत सोचो कि समस्याएं हैं बड़ी,
ये सोचो कि तुम उन सबसे लड़ी।
ये मत सोचो कि कितनी कठिन है राह,
ये सोचो कि सरल तो कुछ भी नहीं।
ये मत सोचो कि सारी चुनौतियां हैं यहीं,
ये सोचो कि तुम भी किसी से कम नहीं।।

जो पूरे तुम्हें करने हैं।
किसी और के लिए नहीं
ये तुम्हें, तुम्हारे लिए करने हैं।
कुछ ख्व़ाब हैं कुछ उम्मीदें
जो बस तुम्हारे हैं।

According to Physics,
Work is a Scalar quantity.

But Success is a Vector quantity as it requires both- the Magnitude of hard work as well as the right Direction.

The way you made me feel
Like there's love & love all around.
The way you made me laugh
Like there's no sorrow in the world.
The way you took care of me
Like I'm the most precious thing.
The way I loved being with you.
Like I'm the happiest person on the planet.
The way we're comfortable with each other
Like we have known each other for years.
The way we met and got so close
Like all of it was destined to be.
The way we spent time together
Like everything will last till eternity.
But nothing lasts forever.

Your destination may seem hazy at first
But as you start walking towards it.
The path will appear to be clearer
You just need to keep moving.

From celebrating "Teacher's day"
To being welcomed as a teacher.
From making cards & gifts for our teachers
To receiving them from my beloved students.
From taking part in the programme
To guiding the students for the preparation.
From excitedly touching the feet of our teachers &
wishing them "Happy Teacher's day"
To being on the receiving end &
saying 'Thank you bacha, God bless you'.
From being tagged as 'the most talkative girl in the class'
To scolding the students for doing the same while I'm teaching.
From being encouraged by the teachers
To motivating the students.
From giving speech and thanking the teachers
To giving blessings to the students.
From being the 'favorite student'
To being the 'favorite teacher'.
Time just flew away with the blink of an eye
But deep down I still wish to be a student and learner forever.

DISTRACTIONS
are everywhere,
it is you who have
to keep yourself
away from it.

तुम्हारा, मेरे करीब आने के बहाने ढूँढना
साथ वक़्त गुज़ारने के मौके तलाशना
भीड़ में धीमे से मेरा हाथ थाम लेना
कभी कहकर तो कभी बिन कहे इंतजार करना
हरेक छोटी बात में भी मेरी रज़ामंदी लेना
मज़ाक-मज़ाक में कितना कुछ कह जाना
दिखाई न देने पर मुझे ढूँढना
लोगों के चिढ़ाने पर इकरार करना
मुझे देखकर गाने गुनगुनाना
उनके बोल और इशारों से कुछ समझाना
और मेरा हर बार उन सबको नजरअंदाज कर देना
क्योंकि ये जरूरी तो नहीं है ना
कि जैसे तुम प्रेम करते हो
तुम्हारा प्रेमी ठीक वैसे ही प्यार जताए।।

हमारी जिंदगी में कुछ चीजें ना
रेत की तरह होतीं हैं।
जितना ज्यादा कस कर
हम उन्हें पकड़ लेना चाहते हैं,
अपनी मुट्ठियों में भर लेना चाहते हैं।
उतनी ही हमारी पकड़
उनपर से ढीली होती जाती है
और आहिस्ता-आहिस्ता वे हमारे
हाथों से फिसलते चले जाते हैं।।
