Who's having trouble being confident
In whatever he/she is trying to do,
There's a chance that they might have been shut down,
By someone,
In the past,
Most probably, when found trying to do,
The very same thing.
If you are kind enough,
Try to give them a bit of encouragement.
Who knows,
You might end up being the reason,
They decide not to give up.

Such a powerful emotion,
That even a little bit of it,
Is enough to keep you going,
Even through the toughest of times.
And equally significant,
That it's absence,
Creates a void,
That only hope itself can fill.

Backstory

The victory, smiles and confidence,
Is often, all that you'll see.
And not the struggles, failures or the hopelessness,
That came in before the accomplishments.
For either you'll only see,
What they choose to exhibit.
Or else, you'll only see, 
What you prefer to see.
So let what you see,
Not blind you from the truth.
That no mountains can be conquered,
Without falling over, at least once.
And whether you can see it or not,
Do remember,
That every victory, would definitely have,
A backstory.

I have a dementor living with me.
But then, I remind myself that,
I have a patronus too.
And that,
A single spell of 'Expecto Patronum',
Can help me keep the dementor,
Under control.
