Zindagi bhi ek surgery ki tarah hota hai. Aap ek plan follow karte ho. Pehle skin incision, phir fascia, phir tissues/organs tak pohochte ho. Lekin kabhi kabar beech mein kuch aberrations aa skti h. Tab aapko kuch steps badalne padte hai. Lekin unn aberrations par nazar rakhna bhi zaroori hai aur time pe plan change kar ke dusra plan banana bhi zaroori hai. Tabhi surgery successful hota hai.

ये आंसू भी गजब चीज हैं।
कभी बोहोत ज़्यादा हस्लो तोह ये निकल आते हैं,
और कभी बोहोत दर्द में भी यह आंखों में ही चीप जाते हैं।
