जब.... सभी के पास सुनाने के लिए बचपन के अधूरे नादान प्यार के किस्से थे
तब.... मेरे पास थे सिर्फ़ कान उनकी कहानियां सुनने के लिए, क्योंकि मैं हमेशा थी इस अप्रत्याशित परिवर्तन से काफ़ी अनजान और कौसों दूर॥

जब.... सबकी अधूरी कहानियां,
या तो पीछे छूट गई और उन्हें मिल गया कोई नया उनको पूरा करने वाला
या मुक्कमल हो गया उनका वही पुराना प्रेम एक लम्बे अरसे की कोशिश के बाद
तब.... शुरु हुई मेरी कहानी; अधूरी कहानी, क्योंकि शुरुआत हमेशा अधूरेपन के काफ़ी पास होती है और पूरा होने से काफ़ी दूर॥

जब.... सब हमेशा के लिए खुद को खुशी खुशी सात वचनों के साथ पवित्र रिश्ते में बांध रहे हैं,
तब.... मैं हर दिन उसकी सात खूबियों से बंध रही हूं; एक असिमित प्रेम के बंधन में, 'प्रेम' जो नादान है, अधूरा है, परन्तु बचपन का नहीं, फिर भी बचकाना है॥
