The words kept playing themselves in repeat mode. They tortured her and scarred her very soul. The hidden insecurities, the blame that she had put on herself yet managed to put it in the back of her mind.. all came rushing to the surface. So far, she had done everything that she could, for her children.. yet, today, she felt as if she had done nothing at all. She felt like her heart had been laid out open to bleed. She was almost choking.
But then, she willed herself through the day in order to care for her kids. The night would be another story altogether.

So basically, my Aavyan is a morning person and my Aavya is a night person. However, between these two and their sleeping schedule, I simply aspire to be a sane person.

She never got the wings to fly.
She rested on someone's back to get a slice of the sky, but he plummeted her to the ground with just one misstep.
Alas! That was her destiny to lay drenched in the mud.

Ruswa hum bhi the,
Roothe woh bhi the.
Pehel na hum ne ki,
Pehel na unse hui.
Aur bas waqt ke darmiyan,
Kuch dooriyan badhti si gai,
Ladaiyan kuch yun hui,
Ki mohobbat haar gai.

Sometimes it's not about acting mature or immature, it's about tuning out the rest of the stuff to live in the world of innocence.

Every time she looked at her newborn, she was reminded of the time when her daughter was of his age.
Flashbacks and memories haunted her badly.. she was reminded of the times when she was truly happy and the times when the storm took over her world.
It isn't easy to forget the old scars. It isn't easy to move on. You just have to keep trying to live in the moment and forget the past.

You should never be scared of her scathing words... for it is her silence that would eventually kill you.

Her hurtful words mean that she still cares enough to lash out.. but her lack of communication is when you have lost her heart forever.

3 years had passed since that fateful day.. yet whenever the calendar hit the 17th of March, she was again transported back to the same day. Memories engulfed her and tortured her very soul. Even though her daughter had received a new chance at life today.. it was always the visuals that marred her soul.

She had to see her own mother and her 4 months old daughter on a ventilator.. covered in tubes and cuts.. fighting for life. How does one ever forget that visual? How does one ever move on? How does one pretend to be happy on such a devastating day?

She had been witness to a silent heartbreak that day. The pieces were too tiny to be ever put together again. She was not the same. The day had effectively changed her forever.

How does one ever forget such a date?

आपको एहसास कराने की बजाय.. हम तो यूं ही तन्हा हो गए
सोचा था.. आपको आपका ही सबब देकर सिखलाएंगे
पर आपकी बेपरवाही ने तो हमें ही कुछ सिखा दिया ।

She was asked whether she would be calling him at her place. It was her day, after all. He needed to be there. She had full rights on him.

She simply smiled and said, "वो हक ही क्या जिसे जताना पड़े."
