मी स्वतःच्याच प्रेमात पडले...

देशभरात लॉकडाऊन जाहीर झाले,
गाठत घरचा रस्ता;
कुणी घरी परतले,
तर कुणी वाटेत अडकले..

शाळ-कॉलेज तर बंदच होती,
पण घरच्या घरी वावरताना;
रोज राहत असणारे घर
त्या वेळेस नव्याने दृष्टीस पडले..

हातभार लावत घरकामाला;
आईवर असलेले ओझे जाणवले,
चटके सहून बनवलेल्या अन्नामध्ये
कष्टाचे त्यावेळी फळ चाखले..

धुळीआड एका पेटीमध्ये
बालपणातील फोटो सापडलेत
निरागस मनाची बडबड आठवत
खळखळून पुन्हा हसू फुटले..

बक्षिस मिळलेला कॅरम;
तर 'आणखी एक खेळ'
असे म्हणत खेळलेल्या पत्त्यांमुळे
तेव्हा कौटुंबिक वेळेचे सुख अनुभवले..

अवती भवती ची माणसं तीच
आई-बाबा, आजी-आजोबा;
पण; त्या वेळी मात्र, सार्यांनी खर्या अर्थाने
मनमोकळेपणाने संवाद साधले..

तेव्हा ही ती मीच होते
आणि आजही मीच आहे
ओळख माझीच मला नव्याने घडली
आणि स्वतःला विसरलेली मी,
आज पुन्हा एकदा स्वतःच्याच प्रेमात पडले...

Craving conversations, awkward silences
Established an unexplained theory

Starting at the sunrise
Was beautifully adorned journey
Mistakes led it to incompleteness
While pondering the sunset alchemy
