To human is error.
We often make mistakes.
But most of the times we justify our mistakes by making excuses or giving reasons. We try to prove it was unintentional. Like we say, "i admit i made a mistake but this and this was the reason for doing so", "i hurt you, but i never meant to", I harmed you because of this and that. Your apology backed by a reason is not a sincere apology. You haven't acknowledged your mistake yet if you are hiding behind the reasons. Whether intentionally or unintentionally, the action has been completed and it may have its own repercussions. It may have caused or harm or hurt someone. All you can do is admit it, seek forgiveness, and promise yourself never to repeat it.

Sometimes you need to change the whole book not just one chapter.
