Everyday when they sat at the table for lunch,one of them made a dua,the second one chanted a shloka and the third one recited the grace before meals.
They were divided by states and religion but united by common values and a plate of chicken biriyani.

She wore her favourite skirt and put on the red lipstick.With her head held high,she looked confident and fearless even when she stood inside the testimony box of the courtroom.
She did not let the rape change her way of living.
She lived in a society where rapists are condemned and not the rape survivors.

7 year old : Did the prince and the princess live happily ever after?

Mom : No, the ghosts of helplessness,fear,pain and suffering continued to haunt them even after death separated them from each other.Their battles were endless.

Wherever she went,youngsters gathered around her and clicked selfies with her.

At the wedding reception,when the groom and his groomsmen jumped down from the stage to greet her ,the guests weren't surprised.
"Is she a celebrity?", asked the curious bride.
With a smile on the face,her new mom replied,"She was their kindergarden teacher."

Maybe she taught them more than alphabets and numbers.

A fellow passenger staring at her gold chain made her uncomfortable.She was petrified when the hyperactive, saree wearing ,masculine person started walking towards her.
"Beta,you should be careful while travelling alone.Try to avoid gold jewellery",said the shady person to the naive 16yr old.
