She wants someone to know what Freedom means to her
She wants someone who would either fly like her or would have immense power to make her stay with them, but then she just wants to ride like the wind...

She wants to be limitless 
Wants to go beyond of all the human boundaries 
She wants to get lost
Wants to find her own ways
She wants someone to see
How trapped she really is
She's still on the ground
But her head is in those clouds.
