घर से हम घर तलक गए होंगे,
अपने ही आप तक गए होंगे ।

हम जो अब आदमी हैं पहले कभी,
जाम होंगे छलक गए होंगे ।

वो भी अब हम से थक गया होगा ,
हम भी अब उससे थक गए होंगे ।

शब जो हम से हुआ मुआफ़ करो ,
नहीं पी थी बहक गए होंगे ।

र्शुक्र है इस निगाह-ए-कम का मियाँ ,
पहले ही हम खटक गए होंगे ।

हम तो अपनी तलाश में अक्सर ,
समा-ता-समा गए होंगे ।

‘अयाल’ अल्लाह और ये आलम ,
बीच में हम अटक गए होंगे ।

In stillness, I witness time pass by
A world in motion, yet my spirit soars high
A moment of peace, in an endless race
A chance to reflect, on life's fleeting pace

The clock ticks on, but my mind stands still
A sanctuary found, amidst life's thrill
I find my center, taking a deeper breath
In stillness, I find my moment of death

For in this stillness, the past and future die
Only the present, and the moment, lies
I see the beauty, in all around
In stillness, true meaning can be found

In stillness, I see things clearly
And find a sense of tranquility
A chance to recharge, and start anew
In stillness, my spirit shines through

So in stillness, I will remain
Witnessing time, and all its pain
For in this stillness, I find my peace
And in the present, true joy and release.

ठहराव

ठहर जाओ अगर तुम,
तो देखना इस लिबास को ।

रुके हुए संभले हुए,
इंतज़ार युगो का लिए हुए ।

कुछ सवाल ही तो पूछे थे,
इस ठहराव ने ।

क्यों मुँह को सिल दिया?
क्यों स्तब्ध हो अपने ठहराव से?

रूहों की भीड़ मै बदलते लिबास,
कहीं तुम्हारा अस्तित्व तो नही इस ठहराव मैं?

कहो तो लिख दूँ …

कहो तो लिख दूँ,
तुम्हारा नाम लहरों पर ।

दिल पर लिखा भी तो नहीं दिखता,
तुम्हारे दिल पर लिखा हो या मेरे ।

आँखों का क्या करें जो करती है चुगली ।

कहानी बयाँ कर देता है
तुम्हारा हरदम खोया रहना ।

मेरी आसक्त दृष्टि भी तो,
तुम्हें ही खोजती रहती है ।

क्षण भर नही दीखती,
तो कितना बदहवास हो जाता हूँ ।

अबके जो लगन लगी है क्या गजब ढायेगी,
तुम्हे पता न मुझे पता ।

कह दो तो प्रेम लिख दूँ ,
लिख दूँ तुम्हारा नाम लहरों पर ।

गुरु ही तपस्या, गुरु ही ज्ञान |
गुरु ही मुक्ति, गुरु ही ध्यान ||


बिना धुनि ध्यान नहीं |
और बिना गुरु ज्ञान नहीं ||

I am Writing my own book ! Done with 8 chapters. Now this feels like an accomplishment !

Without meditation, life is filled with sorrow. Without the bliss of the Self, there is unquestionably nothing but suffering.

मोहब्बत में क्या-क्या मुक़ाम आ रहे हैं ,
कि मंज़िल पे हैं और चले जा रहे हैं ,
ये कह-कह के हम दिल को बहला रहे हैं,
वो अब चल चुके हैं, वो अब आ रहे हैं |

जफ़ा करने वालों को क्या हो गया है,
वफ़ा करके भी हम तो शरमा रहे हैं |
