Journaling has changed my life in so many good ways. At the first I was afraid that I won't be able to keep up writing every single day as it is a huge commitment and then when I thought my head is at many places and need to calm down and dedicate some time for myself that's when I started my journaling journey and there is no looking back.

* Everyday I ensure to write what I am grateful, this has made me realise to concentrate only on the good.

* Helped me concentrate on what's my priority! Helped me set up actionable tasks and timeline.
* Helped me keep track of the #meals, every single time I cooked anything new, I ensured to write it, so that I don't have to brainstorm later.
