What is depression?
According to google it's a group of conditions associated with the elevation or lowering of a person's mood, such as depression or bipolar disorder. But what exactly is it?
It the feeling of the darkness deep inside one's mind. It's an emotional state which brings great pain to a person's body. It's the darkness which seeps through out this world. It's the feeling which leads to endless people ending their lives. It's a state bought through stress and pain. It's the state which comes when you lose someone or something. It's a mood disorder that involves a persistent feeling of sadness and loss of interest. Its a feeling of hopelessness. One might feel anxiety, apathy, general discontent, guilt, hopelessness, loss of interest, loss of interest or pleasure in activities, mood swings, or sadness. It is a serious mental illness that can interfere with a person’s life.One common misunderstandings about depression is that it’s similar to feeling sad or down.— % &Although many people with depression feel sadness, it feels much more severe than emotions that come and go in response to life events.It disrupts careers, relationships, and daily tasks such as self-care and housework.Many people mistakenly believe that being depressed is a choice, or that they need to have a positive attitude.
