In the scrolls of time, a regal hue,
Rajputs, noble, steadfast and true.

दिन भर ये सोच-सोच कर मेरा निकल जाता है,
क्या कमी रह गई मेरे प्यार में,मेरी हर कोशिश, हर आह में।

माना कि बाक़ी सबकी तरह क़ाबिल नहीं हूँ,
कोशिशों के साथ जीता हूँ।पर आज भी मेरे मन में,
एक छोटा सा लड़का अकेला बैठा है,बस प्यार की तलाश में, तन्हा रोता है।

पर शायद लड़कों के आंसू सच्चे नहीं होते,
उनके कसमें उनके वादे सच्चे नहीं होते।
पता नहीं कैसे तुम जी लेती हो ,
मेरी आवाज़ सुने बिना
मैं तो एक पल भी जी नही पता हु ।

चलो अब और अपनी जान लगा दूंगा
किसी कागज के टुकड़े मैं अपने जख्म उतार दूंगा
तड़प के जब आह निकलेगी मेरी
उस रोज तेरे प्रेम के लिए अपनी जीवन मिटा दूंगा
