It is really quite a funny story how I tried my first attempt at cooking an omelette. It was early morning, mom had gone for shopping and no one else was at home. As I hadn't had breakfast I decided to begin my first experience as a chef by making an omelette. Sure I had seen dad to do it. So I know the basics. chopped the onions on the work surface just I had seen chefs do it. Then came the tomatoes. This time I chopped my fingers too. It took me two or three attempts to crack the egg and open into the bowl. Soon, I was running all over the kitchen, searching all required spices and that cooking spoon. The omelette was sizzling in the pan. It was a complete disaster. The kitchen was a complete mess. My mother always encouraged me to try things out and cook. It’s easy to cook food but it’s damn freaking difficult to make a delicious one.

अनजान सा ?-
मच गई एक बवाल है ,
मेरी शादी का आया ख्याल है।
वक्त बहुत गुजारी है इस घर में ,
पर अब हर वक्त को रोक लू ऐसा ख्याल है।
डरती हूं हर एक ख्याल से ,
पर इस खयाल ने उठाई मेरे मन में एक सवाल है।
यू तो ख्याल रखती हूं कि ख्याल ना आए ,
पर दूर जाने के खयाल ने हर बार डराया है।
इसने तो आधी रात में भी मुझे नींद से जगाया है।।-
सोई हुई है दुनिया कुछ इस कदर,
यह घर रहकर जान लिया।
भूल गए थे सब,
भगवान सब जगह होते हैं,
पर भगवान के दूत कहे जाने वालों ने
मंदिर ना जाने वालों को नास्थिक बना दिया,
और मंदिर में दान ना मिलने को अपना नुकसान बता दिया।
अरे अब तो जाग जाओ सभी,
भगवान को मंदिर में नहीं दिल में जगाओ सभी।
चलो मिलकर दुनिया को जागते हैं।
घर पर रह कर कुछ सोए लोगों को जागते हैं।
चलो आज कुछ और सोए लोगों को जागते हैं।।
