I stretched myself on
the lush green grass.
I felt as if Mother Earth
had accommodated me
on her lap.
I experienced an
unexpressed affection !!

लोभ, ललक ने हमारी इसे धर दबोचा
सीने से लगाकर, प्रकृति की पालकी में बिठाकर
सुंदर संसार बनाया, और हमने घाव कर इसे नोचा
अब और दोहन ज्वाला दहकाएगी
फिर हमारी ललक भी कहाँ जी पाएगी

How majestic, elegant and
enchanting is my home
my Mother Earth!
Nourishes me with bountiful produce
Nurtures me with her affection
makes me joyous with the sight of
Burbling rivers, deep blue
oceans snow-caped mountains,
Silvery waterfalls, lush
green meadows and bright blossoms.
I owe you, My Mother Earth, My Haven!

My pride, asset and strength is
my nation, Mother India!
Leads me to a righteous life,
Inspires me to be truthful,
With her rich culture and heritage
Makes me admire unity in diversity...
How serene the place is to dwell!

मत कर इतने सितम कि , नामों निशां भी मिट जाएं ।
मेरे न रहने से ये तेरी ज़िंदगी , भी नहीं बचेगी ।

Euphony of the stream abrading the rocks.
Rejuvenating fresh misty air, soothing sunlight and copious crops.
Melody of the feathered bewitching even the hobs.
Petrichor of the Earth dancing merrily non stop.

No doubt every wight covet it alot.
Then why to obliterate the splendour in a shot!?
Reponder and analyse what you forgot.
Corona phase is the expergefactor that you have to trot.

Adorn the elysian anew.
It's our onus to care for the Blue.
No matter how much strenuous but you have to do.
You are the keeper of the Mother Earth sent by the truth.

So gear up and undo the smirch.
For your sake, make the effort.
To turn it into a happy hunting ground, do the best work;
where the folks fathom its worth.

कुदरत की नाराज़गी ,
आज साफ़ ज़ाहिर होती ।
मौतों और तबाहियों को देख ,
इक दफा जो नक्शे को अपने गोद में रख ।
मैंने उंगलियां सारे जहान में फेरा ,
फिर धीरे से पूछा ।
कहां दर्द हुआ है ?
जो लौटा रही हो !
उसने ज़वाब में कहा ,
हर जगह !
हर जगह !
हर जगह !

क्या सोचा , इतने मशीन उसकी गर्भ में चला रहे हो ?
उसकी भी , नींद हराम होती होगी ।
कभी सोचा , उसके आवरण को छीन रहे हो ?
वो भी तो , कराहती होगी ।
क्यों सोचा हैं , उसके संतानों बेघर कर रहे हो ?
क्या वो , ख़ून के आंसू नहीं रोती होगी ?
कैसे सोचो , उसकी जान ले रहे हो ?
कब तक सहेगी , वो भी ?

धरती भी अब झुलस के बोले, बस कर दे इन्सान,
अपनी माता का आज तू कर ले, थोड़ा सा सम्मान,
ऐसा न हो बह निकलें, उसके आँसू बन करके ज्वार,
अपने पतन का मंथन कर ले, फिर कर लेना व्यापार,
जिस मिट्टी से जीवन मिलता, दे उसको जीवन का दान।

मुझे प्रेम की
पहली अनुभूति
तब हुई
जब मैं सहसा
अम्बर की ओर उछली
और
किसी गुरुत्व ने
मुझे तेजी से
नीचे खींच लिया।

वही था
संसार का
सबसे 'शुद्ध प्रेम।'
