Heard the shimmering river today,
It did have a lot to say.
She said she liked the moon
I wish the moon heard it but maybe it was too soon.
She said the moon gives her peace,
But the distances never seem to cease.
The scars that the moon had were beautiful,
She could see them in reflections when the moon was full.
She wished the moon always kissed her tight
But the moon was happy in a space away from her sight.
She said she liked Helios,
I wish the sun would hear this before the last adios.
She said the sun gives her thrills,
Also all the warm chills.
Helios would kiss her with every ray,
Snatch her words even before she ever say.
The sun would seduced her to steam,
And would unravel the rocks beneath it's stream.
She wished the sun would feel her right,
And would keep staring with those eyes of might.
